Payment terms

30 days net after completion of credit rating or as per agreement. After maturity, interest on late payment is charged with reference rate plus 12%. All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and per piece unless otherwise stated. VAT and shipping are added.

Delivery terms

In order for given warranties and service / maintenance agreements to apply, the customer has purchased all of the products and accessories of these by PartnerSec AB. This is because there are products in the market that do not hold the quality required to keep the product in promised condition and can therefore affect the product’s functionality.
Warranty applies to materials and fabrication errors. Warranty does not cover wear damage, use of products best suited to date, or damage to the product when used otherwise than intended.
We reserve ourselves for errors and changes regarding pricing and product specifications.

Rental terms

The term of CavVisit Cloud is 12 months. The contract period is automatically extended by 12 months if the agreement is not terminated 3 months before the end of the contract period. Rental of CavVisit Cloud program services is billed annually in advance.

Returns & claims

After approval from PartnerSec, the customer will receive a case number and further instructions for return of goods. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Never return products without a case number. Return code without case number will not be handled will be returned to the customer. Once PartnerSec has received your returned goods, it will be tested. Thereafter, the customer is notified of the result.
Defective goods with current warranty are replaced by a new, similar, or equivalent product. Functionally tested goods that are not found to be defect are returned to the customer. Charging takes place for shipping costs and time for troubleshooting. Non-defective goods must be returned in unmarked original packaging incl. all original accessories. The package should be intact and all original accessories must be included. Handling fee for return is deducted from any credit invoice.
This fee amounts to 25% of the product price, but at least €15.00. No return is valid for personalized / customized products.
